Course Overview

Improve the way in which you create, combine, distribute and share Adobe PDF documents. Generate electronic forms and learn how to submit data and collect within Adobe Acrobat. Learn how to generate Adobe PDF forms with Acrobat Professional. Distribute your PDF to users with the FREE Adobe Reader and collect data for analysis within Acrobat and Microsoft Excel

What you will learn

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Create a static PDF
Add form fields and calculations
Apply form logic
Create reset, print and submit buttons
Distribute form
Optimise for Adobe Reader users
Collate the data
Analyse the results in Microsoft Excel or XML format

This is a one-day course running from 10am - 5pm.
Training is hands-on and tutor-led.
We provide a comprehensive training manual, lunch and certification.
Scheduled training takes place in Cardiff.

This course can be run as a company specific event at your premises.

    Optimise your PDF file

    Check for file content
    Reduce image size and compression
    Edit font embedding and remove metadata
    Flatten forms fields, remove comments

  • Prerequisites

    This course is excellent for those want to create PDF forms for distribution and then analyse submissions back in a secure PDF file.

    You do not require any previous Acrobat skills

  • Qualification

    Every course comes with an Adobe Authorised completion certificate. This is either for the specific application (e.g. Acrobat, Flash, InDesign, Photoshop) or for a Masterclass, which might contain multiple applications.
