International Certificate of Digital Literacy Qualifications

The International Certificate of Digital Literacy (ICDL) is the world’s number one IT user qualification – over 17 million programmes delivered worldwide. Computeraid can offer a range of qualifications based on the ICDL designed to suit your level of IT experience. This qualification is widely used in the workplace as proof of competent and efficient computer skills. Computeraid has offered this qualification since 2001 and has an excellent pass rate. Training is hands on and tutor led.

International Certificate of Digital Literacy skills qualifications are offered at three levels.

• ICDL Essentials is a level 1 qualification suitable for beginners covering IT Fundamentals, Internet and Email and IT Security.
• ICDL Extra is a level 2 qualification and focuses on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• ICDL 7 Module is a level 2 qualification that combines ICDL Essential and ICDL Extra and also includes an Access database module.
• ICDL Advanced is a level 3 qualification and focuses on higher level topics in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
