A comprehensive hands-on, tutor-led overview of One Drive and Office Online
OneDrive is Microsoft's service for hosting files in the ''cloud''. It is available for free to all owners of a Microsoft account. OneDrive offers users a simple way to store, sync and share all kinds of files, with other people and devices on the Web.
Microsoft Office Online gives you free access to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and an online calendar.
The course is designed for delegates who have no prior knowledge of OneDrive or Office Online apps.
Delegates will be shown how to access OneDrive and Office Online, understand how to work collaboratively with Office Online through OneDrive, and to gain a basic understanding of the capabilities of Word Online, Excel Online, PowerPoint Online and Outlook.com.
This is a two-day course running from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Training is hands-on and tutor-led.
We provide a comprehensive training manual, lunch and certification.
Courses run at both Swansea and Cardiff locations.

Creating and naming folders and subfolders. Organising content in OneDrive folder. Folder views and sorting files. Moving and copying files. Deleting and restoring files, searching for files, Recognising sync icons. Sharing files
Microsoft Office Online Apps
What is Office Online, using the Office Online Apps, Connecting Microsoft Office to OneDrive, creating new files. Saving to OneDrive, sharing documents with OneDrive, opening existing files using Office Online.
Using Office Online
Getting started with Office Online business applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
To gain the maximum benefit from this course an attendee should have a basic knowledge of Windows and be able to use the mouse.
This course covers material from the European Computer Driving Licence and contributes towards an ITQ level 1 and 2 qualification.
Build on the knowledge gained to achieve an ITQ award.
