Microsoft Teams is the hub for team collaboration in Office 365 that integrates the people, content and tools your team needs to be more engaged and effective.
On this practical introduction to using Microsoft Teams, delegates will be introduced to the concepts of Teams and online meeting solutions. On completion of this course, delegates should be familiar with software and be able to create Teams and manage and use this integrated communications application.
This is a one-day introductory course running from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Courses can be run at our training centres in Swansea and Cardiff and at on-site locations.

Creating and Managing a team
Creating a Team: public v private, join, favourite, add and leave a team. Link to a team. Adding members and owners. Member and guest permissions. Profile management and team photo.
Creating, managing and viewing a channel. Channel connectors, email to a channel, adding tabs.
Starting a chat, managing chats, adding people, formatting, emojis and @mention.
Conversation threads, tagging, managing messages.
Creating groups, creating a team for an existing group, group calendars, group planner.
Uploading files, sharing files, real time collaboration.
Video / phone calls, scheduling, inviting and joining meetings and conference calls.
Review available apps, integrate apps, connectors - Facebook and Twitter
To gain the maximum benefit from this course an attendee should have a basic knowledge of Windows and be able to use the mouse.
